This course trains students in the moral and legal aspects of firearms for self-defense. Day one will be in the classroom. Day two will be on the range, where we will provide defensive tactics training and qualifications.
All training complies with (Penal Code 26165)
"All CA CCW classes come with the Arizona CCW paperwork, fingerprint cards, and required training certificate for FREE ."
"Renewals" (every two years) - You must complete a 4-hour training course before renewing your permit. This includes qualifying with each weapon listed on your permit.

You just purchased a new firearm and are ready to add it to your existing permit. You must qualify with it before it can be added to your current license.
Everyone needs to know the laws and rules regarding CCW at a minimum.
We also know practical defensive training will make you safer and better equipped to defend yourself and others. Our classes focus heavily on defensive live-fire training; if you want quality practical training that exceeds most others, come train with us.

We are approved firearms training vendors for the Napa Sheriff CCW program.
Completion of training is no guarantee that you will be approved for a permit. We recommend you get approval from Napa Sheriff's Department before attending the required training.
Completing the Application
Answering all the questions on this standard application does not guarantee the issuance of a Concealed Carry Weapon license. The determination whether to issue the license is at the discretion of the licensing authority. Pursuant to California Penal Code section 26160, each licensing authority will have a written policy summarizing their requirements for issuance of a Concealed Carry Weapon license. In addition, prior to issuing a Concealed Carry Weapon license, the state statutes require proof that:

The applicant will certify under penalty of perjury that all answers provided in the application are true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief. The applicant will also acknowledge that information disclosed on this application may be subject to public disclosure.
Training Required
If applying for a NEW Concealed Carry Weapon license, an 16-hour firearms training course must be completed prior to issuance.
If applying for a RENEWAL Concealed Carry Weapon license completion of a 4-hour firearms training course is required prior to issuance.
If applying for a firearms MODIFICATION to your existing Concealed Carry Weapon license a scanned copy of the qualification certificate is required.
Authority
California Penal Code sections 26150 and 26155 provide that a Sheriff of a county or the Chief or other head of a municipal police department of any city, or city and county, may issue a license to carry a pistol, revolver, or other firearm capable of being concealed upon the person (Concealed Carry Weapon license).
Who May be Issued a License
All applicants for a Concealed Carry Weapon license must complete an approved course of training, will be fingerprinted and state and federal records will be checked to determine if they are eligible to possess firearms.
