Where is training held?

-Live fire range training is usually held at the Richmond Rod & Gun Club in Richmond, CA

-Classroom instruction is held at our training center in Santa Rosa, CA

What do I need to bring to training?

You will need all appropriate range training gear.

-Ammunition 300-rounds

-Firearms

-3 Magazines or Speedloaders

-Eye and Ear protection

-Belt 1.25" wide minimum

-Holster made specifically for your firearms

-Appropriate attire to include: Pants, High collar shirt, Shoes made for walking/hiking, and Baseball Cap

-Lunch/Snacks

Can I rent a firearm for training?

We can provide you with a Glock 17/19 if needed. Many people taking the basic class have yet to purchase a firearm. At check-out, you will find the option to rent a firearm.

Will I receive a certificate of training?

We provide certificates of training for all our classes.

What is your refund policy?

-Cancelations within 15- days of your scheduled class are non-refundable. You can, however, request to move to the next available course.

ALL Cancellations made 16 days before your scheduled training date are refundable minus a 20% service fee.

*Please ensure you can make the selected training date to avoid any service fees.

Full payment is due upon booking all classes. Payment in full is required before attending any class.

Cancellation Policy:

-Cancelations within 30 days of your scheduled class are non-refundable. You can, however, request to move to the next available course.

-Cancelations over 30 days from your scheduled training date are refundable minus a 20% service fee.

*Please ensure you can make the selected training date to avoid any service fees.

Rescheduling Policy:

Cancellation Policy:

Rescheduling a class can only be done 15 days before your

class date. You will be rescheduled to our next available class. If you

have requested to be rescheduled for a class, all fees are

non-refundable at that time.
